The campaign team of Donald Trump has stated that the former US President is doing just fine amid concerns of his safety and his whereabout unknown since he was smuggled off stage after gunshots scare at a rally.
A statement by Trump’s campaign said he is “fine”, adding that “President Trump thanks law enforcement and first responders for their quick action during this heinous act,” spokesman Steven Cheung said in a statement.
“He is fine and is being checked out at a local medical facility. More details will follow.”
