Former Unite States president and candidate of the Republican Party in the November election, Donald Trump has boasted that he will win the election and return to power again.
Trump spoke while taking the stage at the Republican National Convention on Friday after accepting his nomination as presidential candidate.
“I stand before you this evening with a message of confidence, strength, and hope.
“Four months from now, we will have an incredible victory, and we will begin the four greatest years in the history of our country.
“Together, we will launch a new era of safety, prosperity and freedom for citizens of every race, religion, colour and creed,” Trump said addressing a mammoth crowd at Milwaukee in Wisconsin.
Recall that the former US president had escaped an assassination attempt during his campaign in Butler, Pennsylvania, when a 20-year-old Mathew Crooks shot at him with bullet sliding through his outer ear and killed one person among the crowd of supporters.
Crooks was, however, killed by secret service agents.
