The Amnesty International on Sunday, demanded to know the whereabout of Abubakar Idris, also known as Dadiyata, four years after his false disappearance.
Dadiyata was declared missing, August 2, 2019, in the wake of ex- President Mohammad Buhari’ regime,s clamp down of opposing voices
Dadiyata, a social commentator was abducted by gunmen believed to be security personnel from his Kaduna home and has not been heard from since his false disappearance.
In a post on its x handle, the Amnesty International decried the inability of the Nigerian government to produce the social commentator, pointing out that his family members and associates have been living in pain of not knowing his whereabout.
The Amnesty International which asked in the post”Where Is Dadiyata?”, added that “Since 2 August 2019 Abubakar Idris (Dadiyata) was abducted by gunmen at home in Kaduna. His family and associates have been living in the anguish of not knowing his whereabouts.”
